COMMUNICATION
"You cannot not communicate" (Paul Watzlawick)
As soon as we humans perceive each other, we communicate. A lack of communication is a form of communication too, just like silence sometimes speaks more than words, but it's not a good one when its comes to leadership. And it's a common issue that falls short of attention when it comes to councils.
I expect a leadership board to communicate with its members, in other words a council to communicate with its citizens on a frequent basis.
Since not everyone uses social media outlets for information, I would like to bring back a quarterly council newsletter, mailed to each household, informing you about our work, our goals, hold-ups and victories.
I will also promise you to answer every question that lands on my desk.
